1 Camel milk
1.1 What is the shelf life of camel milk?
* In the freezer, the camel milk has a shelf life of 1 year, if not completely defrosted before.
* Fresh and defrosted camel milk has a shelf life of ±3 days in the refrigerator.
1.2 How do I store my camel milk?
Immediately after receiving: take the camel milk from the box and place it in the refrigerator or freezer.
Storing the camel milk
• Fresh camel milk can be kept in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
• Frozen camel milk need to be stored in the freezer.
• Defrost the camel milk in the refrigerator. This will take some hours.
• Due to freezing of the camel milk, flakes of fat can float in the camel milk after defrosting. This is a natural pro-cess. Shake well before consuming is the solution.
Shelf Life:
• In the freezer, the camel milk has a shelf life of 1 year, if not completely defrosted before.
• Fresh and defrosted camel milk has a shelf life of ±3 days in the refrigerator.
1.3 Can I buy camel milk at the Camel Dairy in Berlicum?
Yes this is possible.

2 Ordering & Shipping
2.1 To which countries do you ship the products?
The fresh and frozen camel milk is shipped to most countries in Europe. These are always shipped outside the Netherlands in an insulation box with ice packs.
The camel milk powder, capsules and other camel milk products are shipped to almost all countries in the world.
2.2 When will my package be shipped?
We ship te orders on Monday en Wednesday.
* Orders placed and/or paid before 10:00 AM on Monday, are shipped the same day.
* Orders placed and/or paid after 10:00 AM on Monday, are shipped on Wednesday.
* Orders placed and/or paid after 10:00 AM on Wednesday, are the next Monday.
On Wednesday, we do not ship fresh or frozen camel milk to other countries as The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
2.3 I have placed an order but have not yet received it. When is this coming?
We ship on Mondays and Wednesdays. All orders placed and/or paid on that day before 10:00 am will be shipped.
On the day of shipment you will receive an email with more information about the delivery (track & trace). Sometimes it ends up in the spam box, so check that too.
Did you make the payment by bank transfer? Then it may not be immediately visible in our system. This can take a few days, especially with payments from abroad. Your order will then be processed on the next shipping day.
On Wednesday, we do not ship fresh or frozen camel milk to other countries as The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
2.4 Which shipping method should I choose for shipping in the Netherlands?
For shipping within the Netherlands, our standard shipping method is refrigerated transport via Firma Miedema. They ensure that your milk is cooled during the entire shipment. They deliver your camel milk to you the day after shipment.
If you opt for DPD, the fresh and frozen milk will be shipped in a polystyrene foam insulation box with ice packs. This stays cool for about 2 days. If there is a delay, this is at your own risk.
2.5 Can I also order camel milk from the UK?
Yes you can. However, due to Brexit, we are unable to ship fresh or frozen camel milk directly to customers in the UK. When you place an order it will be shipped by our reseller in the UK. This company only has frozen camel milk. Our fresh camel milk is unfortunately not available in the UK.
2.6 What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs may differ per shipping method, country and weight of your order. You can fill your shopping cart with the desired products in the webshop and enter your address. Then it becomes visible what the shipping costs are.
3 Payment
3.1 How can I pay in the webshop?
3.2 I paid by bank transfer. When do I receive my order?
If you have manually transferred the amount to our account (not with Ideal, credit card, etc.) your payment will not be immediately visible in our system. This can take a few days, especially with payments from abroad. Your order will then be shipped on the next shipping day.
